We put a lot of care into creating each item just for you! Because all of our products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing preferences or change of mind.

That said, if something goes wrong on our end, we’ve got you covered 💛



When We Can Help

We’re happy to offer a refund or replacement if your item arrives:

  • With a printing error

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect (wrong item or size due to a production mistake)

 

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

 

Once we review and confirm the problem, we’ll take care of the rest at no extra cost to you.

 


 

When Returns Aren’t Accepted

Because each item is custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Preference-based concerns (such as liking a different color or design)

  • Normal wear and tear

We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
